Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem interní komunikace ve společnosti SUNDISK s.r.o. Cílem práce je provést zhodnocení současného stavu interní komunikace a navrhnout možné změny v oblasti interní komunikace a doporučení vedoucí k vyšší spokojenosti stálých i sezonních pracovníků společnosti. Na začátku práce jsou vymezena teoretická východiska vztahující se k uvedené problematice. Následují definice důležitých pojmů týkajících se oblasti komunikace a procesy s nimi související. V praktické části je na základě dotazníkového šetření analyzován současný stav interní komunikace ve společnosti. V závěru práce jsou na základě zjištěných výsledků vytvořeny návrhy vhodných opatření systému.
Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the intern communication in the company SUNDISK s.r.o. The objective is to create an analysis of the current state of intern communication and to find and suggest possible changes and recommendations in the area of intern communication leading to higher satisfaction of both full-time and part-time employees of the company. At the beginning of the thesis there are stated theoretical outcomes related to the communicational issues. In the next part there are definitions of important terms in the area of communication and processes related to this topic. In the practical part of the thesis there is an analysis of the current situation in the company based on a questionnaire. The last part of the thesis brings suggestions of communication system improvement and proposals as induction process guide based on results of the questionnaire.
