dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je modelování distribuce látky v puklinovém prostředí skály, kde látka proudící puklinou proniká i do okolí (skály) a konkrétně simulování těchto dějů v různých úlohách. V této práci jsou srovnány dva modely pro jednu úlohu. Jeden model má puklinu a okolí popsánu jako síť elementů. V druhém modelu je puklina popsána sítí elementů a okolí parametry. Síť pro druhou úlohu je tedy bez okolí. V úvodu tato práce popisuje základy modelování transportu látky v puklinovém prostředí s programem FTRANS pro numerické simulace. Je zde vysvětlena práce se vstupními parametry a okrajovými podmínkami. Pomocí programu FTRANS byly provedeny simulace na několika navržených testovacích úlohách s různými vstupními parametry na modelu sítě s puklinou a okolím. Parametry pro úlohu s modelem sítě bez okolí byly kalibrovány tak, aby se výsledné hodnoty co nejvíce blížily hodnotám výstupu úlohy s modelem sítě s puklinou a okolím. Bylo zjištěno, že pro většinu variant vstupů sítě s puklinou a okolím lze nakalibrovat vstupy pro síť s puklinou a bez okolí. Jsou tedy širší možnosti jak modelovat.cs
dc.description.abstractThe topic of this bachelor thesis is the modeling of solute transport in fractured rock, where the flowing solute penetrates also into the rock matrix and in particular the simulation of these processes in various exercises. There are compared two models for one problem in this thesis. In the first model the fracture and the matrix are described as the mesh of elements. In the second model the fracture is described by the mesh of elements and the matrix by the parameters. Therefore the mesh for the second exercise is without matrix. In introduction this bachelor thesis describes the bases of the modeling of solute transport in fractured rock in the program FTRANS for numerical simulation. Here is explained the work with input parameters with boundary conditions. The simulation was performed by the help of the program FTRANS on several designed testing exercises with various input parameters in the model of the mesh with the fracture and the matrix. The parameters for the exercise with the simulation of the fracture and without the matrix were calibrated in order to resulting values approximate the values of the output in the exercise with the simulation of the mesh with the fracture and the matrix. It was found that it is possible to calibrate the inputs for the mesh with the fracture and without the matrix for most of variants of mesh inputs with the fracture and the matrix.en
