Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí asistenta pedagoga, jeho spoluprací s učitelem a rozdělením kompetencí. Obsahuje informace o této oblasti z hlediska teoretického a praktického. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat spolupráci asistenta pedagoga s učiteli v základních školách a rozdělení jejich kompetencí během integračního procesu. Teoretická část se zabývá aktuálními trendy ve vzdělávání žáků se SVP, asistentem pedagoga a náplní jeho profese, jeho osobností, spoluprací asistenta pedagoga s dalšími subjekty. Za použití metody rozhovoru byl kvalitativní výzkum zaměřen na rozdělení kompetencí mezi asistenta pedagoga a učitele a faktory, které ovlivňují způsob a úroveň jejich spolupráce. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že předem rozdělené kompetence se postupně utváří podle potřeb žáka se SVP. Asistent pedagoga podporuje žáka se SVP během výuky, pomáhá mu se socializací v kolektivu třídy a pracuje i s ostatními žáky. Mezi faktory ovlivňující spolupráci asistenta pedagoga a učitele patří především jejich osobnostní charakteristika, seznámení před zahájením spolupráce, respektování asistenta pedagoga jako rovnocenného člena pedagogického sboru a spolupráce mimo výuku. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplynula navrhovaná opatření.
The thesis deals with the role of assistant teacher, his collaboration with the teacher and the division of competencies. It contains information about the area in terms of theoretical and practical. The thesis aims to map out cooperation between assistant teacher and teachers in primary schools and the division of competences during the integration process. The theoretical part deals with current trends in the education of pupils with SEN, assistant teacher and contents of his profession, his personality, the collaboration of an assistant teacher with other entities. Using the interview method was qualitative research focused on the division of competences between the teacher and the teacher's assistant and the factors that affect the way and level of their cooperation. The research results showed that the predetermined competencies are taking shape according to the needs of pupils with SEN. Teaching assistant supports the pupil with SEN during teaching, helps him with socialization in the group classes and is working also with other pupils. Among the factors influencing the cooperation between teacher's assistant and teacher mainly include their personality characteristics, acquaintance before the start of cooperation, respect for teacher's assistant as an equal member of the teaching staff and the cooperation outside teaching. The research result points the proposed measures.
