dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with illegal immigration in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is aimed at describing the development of strategies and illegal immigration, and are given new development trends, which accompanies this problematic issue.. Mentioned are some of the reasons and causes that lead people to illegal immigration. Furthermore is introduced the system transformation of border protection, cooperation with other countries in the area on illegal immigration and utilization of new resources and technical analytical equipment. The practical part is devoted to an exploratory investigation and analysis of collected data, which is focused on the Liberec Region. Here are the three major stages, which had an influence on the formation and evolution of illegal immigration in our country . It is the time period before CR joining the European Union, further after CR did join the EU and subsequently integration of CR into the Schengen area Several criteria has been chosen for all segments, by which they can evaluate the status of illegal immigration in the context of the era. In conclusion of the practical segment are define possible solutions, which may lead to the minimization of some forms of illegal immigration.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegální migrace v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis vývoje a strategií nelegální migrace a jsou zde uvedeny nové vývojové trendy, které tuto problematiku doprovázejí. Zmíněny jsou některé důvody a příčiny, které vedou osoby k nelegální migraci. Dále je přiblížena transformace systému ochrany hranic, spolupráce s jinými státy v oblasti nelegální migrace a využívání nových prostředků a technicko-analytického vybavení. Praktická část práce je věnována průzkumnému šetření a analýze získaných dat, které je zaměřeno na oblast Libereckého kraje. Jsou zde zmíněna tři významná období, která měla na formování a vývoj nelegální migrace v naší zemi vliv. Jedná se o časový úsek před vstupem ČR do Evropské unie, dále po vstupu ČR do EU a následně po začlenění ČR do schengenského prostoru. Pro všechny části bylo zvoleno několik kriterií, dle kterých lze hodnotit stav nelegální migrace v kontextu doby. V závěru praktické části jsou formulována možná řešení, která mohou vést k minimalizování některých forem nelegální migrace.cs
