dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je pedagogická asistence. Cílem je porovnat, jakou mají pozici asistenti pedagoga v běžných základních školách a asistenti pedagoga v základních školách speciálních. Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. Tvoří ji část teoretická a část empirická. Teoretická část se zabývá asistentem pedagoga, jeho zaměstnáváním, zřízení místa asistenta pedagoga, platem asistenta pedagoga, kvalifikačními předpoklady asistenta pedagoga, pracovní náplní asistenta pedagoga, spoluprací asistenty pedagoga s jinými osobami, se kterými se setkává díky jeho profesi, předsudky a stereotypy o asistentovi pedagoga, osobností asistenta pedagoga a riziky povolání asistenta pedagoga. Dále se věnuje dětem, žákům a studentům se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, s nimi souvisejícím inkluzivním vzděláváním, podpůrným opatřením a základním školám, kde se vzdělávají. Empirická část se zaměřuje na dotazníkového šetření. Respondenti online dotazníků byli asistenti pedagoga z běžných základních škol a asistenti pedagoga ze základních škol speciálních, kteří působí ve školách v Ústeckém kraji a v Libereckém kraji. Dále jsou zde interpretovaná data získaná z tohoto šetření, která jsou znázorněna pomocí grafů a slovně popsána. Součásti této práce jsou i průzkumné otázky a jejich zodpovězení. Ke konci se práce věnuje diskusi a navrhovaným opatřením.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of this bachelor thesis is educational assistance. The aim is to compare the position of teaching assistants in regular elementary schools and teaching assistants in special elementary schools. This bachelor thesis consists of two main parts. It is made up of a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the teaching assistant, his employment, the establishment of the teaching assistant position, the salary of the teaching assistant, the qualification prerequisites of the teaching assistant, the work content of the teaching assistant, the cooperation of the teaching assistants with other people they meet thanks to their profession, prejudices and stereotypes about the teaching assistant, the personality of the teaching assistant and the risks of the teaching assistant profession. It also deals with children, pupils and students with special educational needs, inclusive education related to them, supportive measures and the elementary schools, where they are educated. The empirical part focuses on questionnaire survey. Respondents to the online questionnaires were teaching assistants from regular primary schools and teaching assistants from special elementary schools, who are working in schools in the Ústí Region and the Liberec Region. Furthermore, there is the interpreted data obtained from this survey, which are presented through graphs and described in words. Research questions and answers to them are part of this thesis. Towards the end, the work is devoted to discussion and proposed measures.	en
