dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat problematiku alternativních trestů v okrese Česká Lípa. Zjistit, jaké typy alternativních trestů jsou ukládány v okrese Česká Lípa. Dále se naše práce zabývá postoji zúčastněných vůči alternativním trestům, především trestu obecně prospěšné práce, a jejich efektivitou z pohledu odsouzeného. Práci tvoří dvě stěžejní části, teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část, s pomocí odborných zdrojů, vysvětluje jednotlivé druhy alternativních trestů. Následně podrobně objasňuje z hlediska právního a společenského problematiku trestu obecně prospěšné práce v České republice a v některých evropských zemích. Praktická část je zaměřena na trest obecně prospěšné práce a jeho problematiku v okrese Česká Lípa. Tato část je realizována průzkumovým šetřením. Data jsou získána prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocena pomocí přehledných tabulek a grafů. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny předem stanovené cíle, posouzeny předpoklady práce a prezentována konkrétní navrhovaná opatření v oblasti trestu obecně prospěšné práce.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to discuss problems of alternative punishments in the district of Ceska Lipa and to find out what forms of these pinishments are most commonly used in this district. The thesis also elaborates the position of offenders on this form of punishment, especially on community service and its effectiveness from the convict´s point of view. The thesis can be divided into two major sections: theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with explanation of single forms of alternative punishments which is based on a scientific source of information. Consequently, this part clarifies in details legal and social problems connected with the punishment of community service in the Czech Republic and in some European countries. The practical part is focused on the punishment of and its problems in the district of Ceska Lipa. The results discussed in this part were gathered by the use of a survey investigation; the data were gathered by means of a special qustionnaire investigation, analyzed and elaborated in a form of well-arranged charts and graphs. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the goals stated in advance, discusses assumptions and suggested arrangements in the area of community service.en
