dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá rolí a pozicí mužů v kontextu feminizovaného prostředí školy. První část práce se věnuje základním pojmům a konceptům souvisejícím s tématem práce. Druhá kapitola popisuje především fenomén demaskulinizace učitelské profese a jeho příčiny. Následující část je zaměřena na muže v různých pozicích ve školství, tedy na učitele a ředitele, v souvislosti s genderovými stereotypy ovlivňující tyto dvě sociální role. Závěrečná část popisuje genderově podmíněné sociální interakce mezi učiteli a učitelkami, žáky a žákyněmi a jejich rodiči. Práce obsahuje konečné shrnutí problematiky, kde jsou popsány dopady demaskulinizace učitelství na jeho současnou podobu a důvody setrvávání tohoto stavu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the role and position of men in the context of the feminized educational environment. The first part of the thesis is focused on the basic concepts and the terms related to the work. The second chapter describes the phenomenon of demasculinization of the teacher profession and its reasons. The following section focuses on men in different positions in the educational system, namely teachers and headmasters, in relation to gender stereotypes affecting these two social roles. The final part describes gender-based social interactions between man-teachers and woman-teachers, male-pupils and female-pupils and their parents. The paper contains a final summary of the issue, in which the effects of the teacher profession demasculinization on its present state and the reasons for preserving this situation are described.en
