dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá financováním bydlení v České republice, důraz je kladen na hypoteční úvěry. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje především na problematiku bydlení a jeho financování, dále na význam a specifika hypotečních úvěrů a také na aktuální situaci v oblasti bydlení a hypotečních úvěrů v České republice. Praktická část se věnuje porovnání hypotečního úvěru a překlenovacího úvěru ze stavebního spoření na základě nabídek bank a stavebních spořitelen v České republice. Nejprve je vyložen modelový příklad fiktivních investorů, poté následuje představení vybraných bank a stavebních spořitelen. Dále jsou uvedeny jejich nabídky hypotečních úvěrů a překlenovacích úvěrů ze stavebního spoření, které jsou vhodné pro daný modelový příklad. V závěru praktické části je provedeno vyhodnocení nabídky a výběr nejvhodnějšího způsobu financování bydlení modelového příkladu.cs
dc.description.abstractBachelor thesis deals with the financing of housing in the Czech Republic focused on mortgage loan. The thesis is composed of two parts:theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on housing concepts and financing and it is focuses on the importance and specifications of mortgage loans and on the current situation in the area of housing and mortgage loans in Czech Republic. The practical part deals with the comparison of a mortgage loan and a bridging loan from building savings based on the offers of banks and building societies in the Czech Republic. In this part, firstly a model example of fictitions investors is introduced, followed by a description of chosen banks and building savings companies and their offer of mortgage loans and bridging loans from building savings. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the offer and choice of the most suitable way for the financing of housing for the given model example.en
