Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu business konceptu pro sdílenou dílnu zaměřenou na různorodé technologie. Teoretická část diplomové práce zpočátku objasňuje zákoutí sdílené ekonomiky a pojmy s ní spojené. Následně se diplomová práce zaobírá metodologií pro tvorbu business konceptu, ve které je blíže představen podnikatelský plán, jeho struktura a zásady pro jeho tvorbu. Dále se práce věnuje business modelování, designování a tvorbě business modelů a je představeno plátno Business Model Canvas. Teoretickou část práce uzavírá objasnění štíhlé výroby a s ním spojeno plátno Lean Canvas.
V praktické části je vytvořen průzkum a analýza stavu trhu dílen v předem definované oblasti. Tato oblast je blíže specifikována demografickými údaji. Po analýze konkurence jsou následně vytvořeny prototypy potenciálních zákazníků a shrnutí jejich potřeb V práci lze nalézt také návrh Lean Canvasu pro sdílenou dílnu na základě analýzy konkurence a potenciálních zákazníků. Závěrem jsou sepsána souhrnná doporučení k založení sdílené dílny.
This diploma thesis is devoted to the design of a Business Concept for a shared Makerspace focused on diverse technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis initially clarifies the intricacies of the shared economy and the terms associated with it. Subsequently, the diploma thesis deals with the methodology for the creation of a business concept, in which the business plan, its structure and the principles for its creation are presented in more detail. The thesis further focuses on business modelling, designing, and creating business models, and introduces the Business Model Canvas framework. The theoretical part of the work concludes with an explanation of lean production and the associated Lean Canvas. In the practical part, a survey and analysis of the state of the makerspace market in a pre-defined area are conducted. This area is further specified by demographic data. After analyzing the competition, prototypes of potential customers and a summary of their needs are subsequently created. The work also includes a Lean Canvas proposal for a shared Technological Makerspace based on the analysis of competition and potential customers. In conclusion, summary recommendations for establishing a shared Makerspace are written.
