Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémy kázně, se kterými se setkávají dobrovolníci v organizaci Pionýr. Teoretická část práce uvádí organizaci Pionýr, její historii, program, organizační strukturu, členství a vzdělání, které poskytuje. Dále se teoretická část věnuje kázni, jejím druhům, příčinám, cílům, funkci a některým projevům nekázně. Praktická část zjišťuje, s jakými projevy nekázně se dobrovolníci v Pionýru setkávají a musí potýkat, jak často se s nimi setkávají a jak je případně řeší. Dále obsahuje praktická část diskusi, kde je mimo jiné i srovnání výsledků s jinými výzkumy, zabývajícími se touto problematikou a návrh na zlepšení dané problematiky.
This bachelor thesis is concerned about the issues in discipline, which are encountered by the volunteers in the organisation Pionýr. The theoretical part of this work introduces the Pionýr organisation, its history, programme, organisational structure, membership and education it provides. Further on, the theoretical part is dedicated to discipline, its kinds, reasons, targets, function and some acts of indiscipline. The practical part recognises which symptoms of indiscipline volunteers in organisation Pionýr experience and have to face, how often they come across and how to eventually solve them. It also contains of the discussion where is, among other things, the comparison of the results with other surveys concerned in this issue and a concept for improvement of the issue.
