dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací Greinerova modelu růstu organizace na konkrétní malý rodinný podnik působící v oblasti slévárenství. Cílem práce je určit, ve které vývojové fázi se podnik aktuálně nachází, identifikovat související výzvy a formulovat návrhy, které by mohly přispět k jeho dalšímu růstu. Na základě kvalitativní analýzy bylo zjištěno, že podnik se nachází ve druhé fázi modelu, označované jako fáze řízení. V této fázi hrozí vznik tzv. krize autonomie, která je typická pro přechod od centralizovaného k decentralizovanému řízení. Práce proto navrhuje opatření vedoucí k postupné delegaci pravomocí, posílení kompetencí středního managementu a zlepšení vnitropodnikové komunikace. Závěrem jsou diskutovány i další modely životního cyklu organizací vhodné pro hlubší analýzu malých a rodinných firem.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the application of Greiner's model of organizational growth to a specific small family business operating in the foundry industry. The aim of the thesis is to determine the developmental stage the enterprise is currently in, identify the associated challenges and formulate suggestions that could contribute to its further growth. Based on the qualitative analysis, it was found that the enterprise is in the second phase of the model, referred to as the phase of direction. In this phase, there is a risk of a so-called crisis of autonomy, which is typical of the transition from centralized to decentralized management. The thesis therefore proposes measures leading to a gradual delegation of authority, empowerment of middle management and improvement of inter-company communication. Finally, other models of the life cycle of organizations suitable for a deeper analysis of small and family firms are discussed.	en
