dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit efektivní docházkový systém pro malé a střední podniky, který bude integrován do prostředí Microsoft Teams. To zahrnuje představení klíčových interních aplikací nezbytných pro úspěšné řízení podniku spolu s detailní analýzou jejich funkčních a technických požadavků. Důležité je vyzkoušet různé možnosti tvorby a integrace těchto aplikací do Teams a nalézt limity jednotlivých řešení. Dalším bodem je prozkoumání existujících softwarových řešení a pracovních postupů týkajících se docházky pro získání přehledu o jejich funkcích a případných nedostatcích. Na základě této analýzy je možné specifikovat funkční požadavky pro vzorovou aplikaci, která bude vytvořena jako součást této práce. Návrh interaktivního prototypu uživatelského rozhraní je částí, díky které lze získat zpětnou vazbu od potencionálních uživatelů a zajistit, že aplikace bude co nejvíce vyhovovat jejich potřebám a očekáváním. Nakonec bude potřeba se zaměřit na výběr vhodného technického řešení a způsobu integrace docházkového systému do prostředí Microsoft Teams a tuto volbu zdůvodnit. Výsledkem práce je tento zvolený způsob sestavit a integrovat a následně zhodnotit, zda aplikace splňuje veškeré požadavky a standardy kvality před uvedením do provozu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The focus of this thesis is to create an effective attendance system for small and medium-sized enterprises which will be integrated into the Microsoft Teams environment. This includes the introduction of key internal applications necessary for successful business management along with a detailed analysis of their functional and technical requirements. It is important to try out various options for creating and integrating these applications into Teams and to identify the limitations of each solution. Another point is to investigate existing software solutions and workflows related to attendance to gain an overview of their features and potential shortcomings. Based on this analysis, it is possible to specify functional requirements for a prototype application that will be developed as part of this thesis. The design of the interactive user interface prototype is the part through which feedback can be obtained from potential users and ensure that the application is as much as possible to their needs and expectations. Finally, it will be necessary to focus on selecting a suitable technical solution and method of integrating the attendance system into the Microsoft Teams environment and justify this choice. The result of this thesis is to build and integrate this chosen method and then evaluate whether the application meets all requirements and quality standards before deployment.	en
