Abstract
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou významu emočnej inteligencie. Hlavným cieľom je zistiť význam emočnej inteligencie pre študentov a učiteľov stredných a vysokých škôl. Ako rozvíjať emočnú inteligenciu u stredoškolských študentov. Prácu tvoria dve hlavné oblasti. Časť teoretická objasňuje jednotlivé pojmy a popisuje stav skúmanej problematiky pomocou spracovania odbornej literatúry. Praktická časť zisťuje postoje 60-tich žiakov stredných škôl; 30-tich študentov vysokej školy; 30-tich stredoškolských učiteľov a 30-tich učiteľov na vysokej škole k emočnej inteligencii na základe dotazníkov. Otázky z dotazníkov pre študentov a učiteľov sú vyhodnocované zvlášť. V diskusii je uvedé zhrnutie výsledkov prieskumu. Bol zistený súčasný stav emočnej inteligencie v Českom vzdelávacom systéme a sú navrhnuté možnosti zlepšenia znalostí a používania emočnej inteligencie pre študentov a učiteľov.
This batchelor thesis is focusing on an emotional intelligence. The main goal of this thesis is to find out a relevance of the emotional intelligence for students and teachers at secondary schools and universities. As a secondary goal, foster of the emotional intelligence is studied. This work is divided it two main parts. The first part is theoretical. It is summarizing basic terms and it describes the current state of the art. This part was written with a great help of publications listed in bibliography attached to this work. The other part is based on a survey of 60 secondary school students, 30 university students, 30 secondary school teachers, and 30 university teachers. Text is evaluating separately student´s and teacher´s questionnaires question by question. A brief discussion summarizes survey results. Author discovered current state of emotional intelligence in Czech education system and proposed process changes to improve emotional intelligence understanding and usage by both students and teachers.
