dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací malého datového skladu pro vybranou restauraci. Cílem práce je vytvořit efektivní řešení pro ukládání a analýzu dat o objednávkách restaurace, zahrnujících informace o typu zákazníka, jeho adrese, objednaných položkách z menu, typu platby a dalších relevantních atributech. Teoretická část práce se věnuje pojmům z oblasti Business Intelligence, databázových systémů, OLAP technologií a architektury datových skladů. V praktické části je navržen a implementován datový sklad založený na hvězdicovém schématu, který je posléze naplněn testovacími daty a analyzován pomocí dotazů SQL. Práce tak poskytuje ucelený náhled na proces tvorby datového skladu od počátečního návrhu až po jeho praktickou realizaci a testování.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a small data warehouse for a selected restaurant. The goal of the thesis is to create an efficient solution for storing and analyzing data about restaurant orders, including information about the customer type, their address, ordered menu items, payment method, and other relevant attributes. The theoretical part of the thesis covers concepts from the fields of Business Intelligence, database systems, OLAP technologies, and data warehouse architecture. The practical part involves the design and implementation of a data warehouse based on a star schema, which is then populated with test data and analyzed using SQL queries. Thus, the thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the process of creating a data warehouse, from the initial design to its practical implementation and testing.	en
