Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je výběr vhodného dodavatele kompletní sady čalouněných dílů pro renovaci vozidla značky Velorex. V práci je shrnuta historie tohoto vozidla a charakteristika obvyklých textilních materiálů užívaných pro renovaci. Z materiálů popisovaných v této práci je věnována největší pozornost plastické kůži (kožence). Dalšími uvedenými materiály jsou Betexin, Kortexin a střechovice. U těchto plošných textilií je provedeno měření mechanických vlastností a na základě výsledků měření s ohledem na ekonomické ukazatele jsou vybrány nejvhodnější textilie pro renovaci. U zmíněných materiálů je provedeno měření pevnosti a tažnosti, odolnosti v oděru, prodyšnosti, plošné hmotnosti a tloušťky. Součástí práce je stručný popis postupu upevňování plošných textilii na trubkovou konstrukci vozidla.
The objective of this study is a selection of a supplier of a complete set of upholstered parts for renovation vehicles Velorex brand. There is summarized in this work the history of the vehicle and the characteristics of conventional textile materials used for the renovation. The most attention is paid to the plastic skin (leatherette), however other materials as Betexin, Kortexin and folding roof leather are mentioned as well. Measurements of tensile strength and stretch, abrasion resistance, permeability, basis weight and thickness were made on the fabrics. On the ground of results from the experiments were chosen the most suitable fabrics for renovation (with respect to economic indicators). The work includes a description of the process consolidation fabrics on a tubular construction of the vehicle.
