dc.description.abstract	Účelem této práce je zjistit, zda je možné využít extrémní podmínky ve formě extrémního napětí k elektrickému zvlákňování. Cílem této práce je využít přístroj, který nabízí extrémní podmínky pro zvlákňování a zjistit, jestli se podaří zachytit produkty zvlákňování. V práci je také obsažené porovnání výsledků této metody s výsledky metodou z tyčky. Výsledky této práce mohou poskytnout informace k dalším možným studiím nebo mohou poukázat na jedinečnost metody využité k vypracování.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this work is to determine whether it is possible to use the extreme conditions in the extreme voltage form for electrospinning. The aim of this work is to use an apparatus that offers extreme conditions for electrospinning and see if the electrospinning products can be captured. A comparison of the results of this method with those of the rod method is also included in this thesis. The results of this work may provide information for further possible studies or may point out the uniqueness of the electrospinning method used and described.	en
