Abstract
Mačkavost textilií je složitý proces deformace, který vzniká při zatížení textilie. Mačkavostí se snižuje jak kvalitativní vzhled, tak užitná hodnota textilie. Také může být silně závislá na vlhkosti.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem vlhkosti na mačkavost košilovin. Cílem bylo seznámit čtenáře s anizotropií úhlu zotavení textilie a dalšími parametry, které ovlivňují mačkavost. Měření probíhalo pomocí inovované metody snímání úhlu zotavení pomocí web kamery. Porovnány byly dané textilie s jednotlivými úpravami a to za sucha i za vlhka. Výsledné hodnoty byly zpracovány do formy polárních diagramů a dále byly vypočítány jednotlivé složky deformace.
The creasing of fabrics is a complex process of deformation which occurs when fabric is subjected to stress. Wrinkle reduces both qualitative appearance and utility value of textiles. It can also be strongly dependent on humidity.This bachelor's thesis examines the influence of moisture on leasing of shirting. The aim was to acquaint readers with the anisotropy of recovery angle of textiles and other parameters that affect creasing. Measurements were carried out using innovative techniques for detection of the angle of recovery using the web camera. Compared were the fabrics of various modifications, both dry and wet. The resulting values were formulated in the form of polar diagrams and individual components of deformation were calculated.
