dc.description.abstract	Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je představit způsob práce Schrödingerova institutu s talentovanými dětmi, jejich vyhledávání a další rozvoj. Teoretická část definuje jednotlivé pojmy, které souvisejí se zadaným tématem, a jejich následnou klasifikaci. Dále se zabývá problematikou vyloučení romské komunity ze společnosti, neboť jedním z cílů institutu, o kterém píši, je integrovat romskou komunitu do majoritní společnosti. Vymezuje pohybové a umělecké nadání, definuje nadané dítě a charakterizuje dané věkové období. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis fungování Schrödingerova institutu a jednotlivých akademií a následnou práci s talentovanými dětmi. Součástí praktické části je také polostrukturovaný rozhovor s vybranými dětmi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The goal of the thesis that I am presenting is to introduce Schrodinger Institute work methodology with talented children, their identification and further development.The theoretical part describes individual definitions related to the thesis topic, followed by their classification. One of the goals of the Schrödinger Institute is the integration of the Roma community into the society and so the thesis also addresses its exclusion from the society.The thesis defines talent for physical coordination and artistic performance. It deals with the definition of a talented child and explains a concrete age category.The practical part describes how the Schrödinger Institute works, explains individual academies and work with talented children. Another part of the practical section is a semi-structured interview with selected children.	en
