Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickým řízením podniku pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Úvodem popisuje tvorbu strategie, její roli v manažerském řízení. Seznamuje s metodou Balance Scorecard jako strategickým systémem měření výkonnosti podniku pomocí čtyř perspektiv finanční, zákaznické, interních vnitřních procesů a učení se a růstu, ke kterým je v praktické části přidána nová perspektiva produktová. Práce popisuje jednotlivé strategické cíle a nastavuje měřítka jejich hodnocení.
The Bachelor thesis deals with strategic management of business with the help of the Balanced Scorecard method. The introduction describes the strategy creation and its role in management. It presents the Balance Scorecard method as a strategic system of measurement of business performance with the help of four perspectives financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth perspective, which are completed by a new perspective, the product perspective, in the practical part. The thesis describes the individual strategic goals and sets the benchmarks for their assessment.
