dc.description.abstractThe theme of the thesis is ?Mortgage loan?. The thesis is organized from the general characterization of the mortgage loan up to analysis the present situation in the Czech Republic and it is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter deals with general definition of banks, characterization of active banking and their classification. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the general characterization of the mortgage loan including conditions of repayment, refinancing, way of security or interest running. The following chapter analyses specific condition of administration of the mortgage loan in the Czech Republic including history, legal framework and analysis of present situation. Next chapter is devoted to the history and present situation of the integration of mortgage lending within the European Union. In the last part is elaborated case study of imaginary client concerning comparison of specific investment offers from individual banks. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of the mortgage loan?s conditions by chosen banks.en
dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je ?Hypoteční úvěr?. Práce je uspořádána od obecné charakteristiky hypotečního úvěru až k analýze současné situace v České republice a je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá obecnou definicí banky, charakteristikou aktivních obchodů obchodních bank a jejich klasifikací. Druhá část diplomové práce je věnována obecné charakteristice hypotečního úvěru zahrnující podmínky splácení, refinancování, způsob zajištění či úročení. Následuje kapitola analyzující konkrétní podmínky poskytnutí hypotečního úvěru v České republice včetně historie, právního rámce a analýzy současné situace. Další kapitola je věnována historii a současné situaci integrace hypotečního úvěrování v rámci Evropské unie. V závěrečné části je zpracována případová studie fiktivního klienta týkající se porovnání nabídek jednotlivých bank na konkrétní investici. Výsledkem práce je na základě zjištěných informací vyhodnocení podmínek poskytnutí hypotečního úvěru u vybraných bank.cs
