dc.description.abstract	The aim of the thesis is to find out opinions of TUL students on offer of winter courses in winter semester 2010/2011, which are realized at KTV, in terms of quality of the course, cost, destination and offered services. Fulfillment of the aim of the thesis is based on the results of a questionnaire involving the issue. Outgoing data were processed into tables and verbally interpreted. The work includes discussion on various issues. Discussions deal with the different assumptions and suggestions for improvement for next steps. The last topic of the thesis was creating SWOT analysis of offered destinations, where accommodation as well as localities, where the courses were held, were evaluated.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je zjistit názory studentů TUL na nabídku zimních kurzů v ZS 2010/2011 realizovaných KTV z hlediska kvality kurzu, ceny, destinace a nabízených služeb. Splnění cíle bakalářské práce se opírá o výsledky ankety, postihující danou problematiku. Vyšlá data byla zpracována do tabulek a slovně interpretována. Práce obsahuje diskuze k jednotlivým otázkám. Diskuze řeší různé domněnky a návrhy na zlepšení pro další roky. Posledním bodem práce bylo vytvoření SWOT analýzy nabízených destinací, kde se hodnotila ubytování i lokality, ve kterých se kurzy konaly.	cs
