dc.description.abstractIn my thesis I aimed at the field of motivation and stimulation of employees. This work is devided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains the solution to this problems in the current literature. The practical part aims at the exploration of the current situation which is focused on motivation and stimulation of omployees, debriefing of the motivation system, analysis and offers some proposals and measures to improve the current state. The analysis of the current situation includes introduction of the company, the subject of enterprise, the organization sep-up and analysis of the individual means of motivation and stimulation applied by the company. The analysis of the motivation system presents the analysis of working contentment and deduction of importance of factors of stimulation. The proposals and measures offer the possible way of improvement of motivation and stimulation of its employees.en
dc.description.abstractVe své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na oblast motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje řešení této problematiky v současné literatuře. Praktická část se zabývá průzkumem současného stavu se zaměřením na oblast motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců, zhodnocením motivačního systému, analýzou a nabízí návrhy a opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu. Průzkum současného stavu obsahuje představení společnosti, předmět podnikání, její organizační uspořádání a rozbor jednotlivých motivačních a stimulačních prostředků, které společnost používá. Analýza motivačního systému představuje rozbor pracovní spokojenosti a určení důležitosti jednotlivých faktorů stimulace. Návrhy a opatření nabízejí možný způsob zlepšení motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců.cs
