dc.description.abstractThe objective of this diploma thesis, called ?The Analysis of Determining Factors of Unemployment Development in the Decin District in the Years 2000-2011,? is to identify and further define the main determinants standing behind the unemployment in the given region and time interval. The unemployment rate in the area ranks among constantly highest on the national level, and represents a long-term problem, for which no convenient solution has been found yet. After a careful examination of several selected factors influencing unemployment, supported by the factual examples, the focus of the thesis was turned towards a more detailed analysis of the factor of free working places. That was examined via the statistics of CSU and statistic bulletin of Labour Office of the Czech Republic, to which the description of the aspects affecting the factor itself was subsequently added. The result of the thesis was the determination of the relations among the factors and unemployment in the given region, as well as the determination of the circumstances affecting the lack of free working places, which play a crucial role for the unemployment rate. The observations are followed by recommendations and possible solutions that might lead to the improvement in the current state of the problematic area of high unemployment, and its development.en
dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce s názvem ?Analýza faktorů determinujících vývoj nezaměstnanosti v okrese Děčín v letech 2000 ? 2011? je identifikovat a definovat hlavní činitele, které způsobují nezaměstnanost ve vybraném okrese za sledované časové období. Nezaměstnanost v této oblasti patří dlouhodobě mezi nejvyšší v celé České republice a představuje letitý problém, na který je stále obtížné najít odpovídající řešení. Po důkladném posouzení několika vybraných faktorů ovlivňujících nezaměstnanost a uvedení konkrétních příkladů bylo přistoupeno k detailnějšímu rozboru faktoru volných pracovních míst prostřednictvím statistik ČSÚ a Statistického bulletinu úřadu práce. Následně byl uveden popis vlivů, které tento faktor ovlivňují. Výsledkem diplomové práce je zjištění, jakou vazbu mají identifikované faktory na nezaměstnanost v regionu a jaké okolnosti působí na jeden z klíčových faktorů nezaměstnanosti, tj. nedostatek volných pracovních míst. Následuje návrh doporučení a možných řešení, vedoucích ke zlepšení současného stavu a vývoje problematiky vysoké míry nezaměstnanosti.cs
