Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat komunikaci mezi vedoucími volnočasového kroužku Royal Rangers v Rumburku a rodiči dětí, které kroužek navštěvují. Práce se zabývá tím, jaké nároky klade volnočasová pedagogika na osobnost pedagogického pracovníka, popisuje efektivní komunikační postupy a představuje rumburský kroužek Royal Rangers. Dále je v práci prezentováno vlastní výzkumné šetření, které na základě rozhovorů s jednotlivými lektory a rodiči dětí porovnává perspektivu lektorů a rodičů na oblast vzájemné komunikace. Porovnání výsledků ukazuje, nakolik se shodují nebo liší vzájemná očekávání a představy o dobré komunikaci. Přestože v perspektivách obou stran převažuje shoda, rodiče formulovali několik praktických návrhů na změny v komunikaci. Velkým impulzem pro další zamyšlení je také zjištěná nerovnováha v komunikaci, neboť iniciativa vedoucích značně převažuje nad angažovaností rodičů.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the communication between the Royal Rangers club leaders in Rumburk and the parents of children members of the club. The study deals with the issue of personal characteristics of the educational leader, describes the effective educational communication in general and in the specific kontext of the Royal Rangers Club in Rumburk. In order to evaluate the communication between the club leadres and the parents, the author carried out a qualitative survey with respondents from both parties. The survey shows that the perspective of leaders is similar with parents' expectations. However, the parents brought some suggestions for changes in communication. The main issue to think about is the unbalance in communication because the initiative of the leaders is overbalancing the engagement of the parents.
