dc.description.abstractThe main target of the final graduation work {\clqq}Healthcare Reform in the Czech Republic and its proposals leading to the long time financial stability`` is comprehensive analyse of reform proposal for czech healthcare system. Theoretical part describes health care system functioning in the Czech Republic and its development since 1989 up to present in comparison to the major European trends in healthcare. After the initial introduction and description of particular participants in the systém, the transformation process and its impacts, causing financial crises, are analyzed in the following chapter. In the third chapter there is analyse of proposed concept in details. The first part {\clqq}Institutional reform`` considers remedial measures leading to changing the roles and relationship between subjects of the system and the second part of proposal {\clqq}Funding reform`` analyzes particular implements leading to major changes in funding of healtcare. The final chapter deal with prediction of expected financial deficit in following 45 years in the haelthcare system and determination of their reasons, that have become base for discusions about the necessity of healthcare reform.en
dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce {\clqq}Reforma zdravotnictví a její návrhy řešení vedoucí k dlouhodobé finanční stabilitě`` je komplexní analýza návrhu reformy českého zdravotnictví. Předmětem teoretické části je představit fungování zdravotnického systému v České republice a jeho vývoje od r. 1989 v porovnání s hlavními světovými trendy vývoje zdravotnických systémů. Po nastínění problematiky a popisu jednotlivých subjektů jsou v následující kapitole představeny hlavní dopady transformačního procesu na systém českého zdravotnictví. Následuje analýza konceptu stávajícího návrhu reformy. Tyto jednotlivé kroky jsou podrobně rozebrány ve třetí kapitole, z nichž první část {\clqq}reforma institucí`` se věnuje opatřením vedoucím ke změně postavení subjektů v systému a druhá část {\clqq}reforma financování`` analyzuje implementaci kroků vedoucí k významným změnám v oblasti financování služeb ve zdravotnictví. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá predikcí očekávaných finančních deficitů v příštích 45 letech a vymezením jejich hlavních příčin, které se staly význačným podkladem k diskusím o nutnosti reformy zdravotnictví.cs
