Abstract
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá sběrem, zpracováním a vyhodnocením dat z dotazníkového šetření, zaměřeného na zaměstnanecké benefity v konkrétních podnicích. V první části práce je teoreticky charakterizována motivace zaměstnanců prostřednictvím benefitů, tvorba dotazníku a statistické metody, používané pro vyhodnocování dat z dotazníkového šetření. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vytvoření dotazníku, který vyplnili zaměstnanci podniků Doprava na paletách s. r. o. a Vít Logistics s. r. o. Získaná data jsou následně zpracována a vyhodnocena za pomoci vhodných statistických postupů. Na základě výsledků, získaných z dotazníkového šetření, jsou podniky v této oblasti porovnány, a na závěr jsou navržena doporučení na případné zlepšení situace ve zkoumané oblasti.
The thesis presented deals with collecting; processing and evaluating data gathered with the help of a survey questionnaire aimed at employee benefits in particular companies. The first part of the thesis presents a theoretical characterization of employee motivation through benefits; survey questionnaire creation and statistical methods used for evaluating the data from the survey questionnaire. The theoretical part is aimed at creating the survey questionnaire which has subsequently been filled in by employees of Doprava na paletách s.r.o. and Vít Logistics s.r.o. companies. The data collected are then processed and evaluated with the help of appropriate statistical methods. Based on the survey questionnaire findings the two companies are then compared and to conclude various recommendations of how to improve the situation in the surveyed area suggested.
