Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je ukázat jednotlivé kroky procesu implementace informačního systému Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics Axapta v obchodní společnosti Saint Gobain trubní systémy, s.r.o. včetně detailní analýzy interních procesů společnosti jako nezbytnou podmínku pro úspěšné zavedení nového ERP. První kapitola představí čtenáři společnost Saint Gobain trubní systémy, s.r.o. (dále jen SGTS), jako úspěšného dovozce a distributora produktů z tvárné litiny. Následující kapitoly popíší interní procesy společnosti, současný používaný informační systém v SGTS, požadavky na nový a jeho výběr. Diplomová práce dále čtenáře detailně seznámí s procesní strukturou SGTS, požadovanou funkčností nového IS řešení, popíše jednotlivé implementační kroky a funkční moduly dodávaného software. V závěrečné kapitole zhodnotím ekonomické přínosy, náklady a rizika takové implementace pro společnost.
The intention of this thesis is to analyze internal processes of Saint Gobain trubní systémy, s.r.o. as a key element of successful implementation of a new ERP system Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics Axapta with core connection to implemented software. The initial chapter introduces company Saint Gobain trubní systémy, s.r.o. (as SGTS) as a prosperous importer and local distributor of ductile iron´s products. Next chapters describe current IS in SGTS, requirements of a new one and the tender of new IS system. This report shows detailed structure of internal processes in SGTS, required functions of new IS solution, shows particular implementation´s milestones and modules of new software. Last chapter prooves all the benefits, costs and risks of implementation of new IT in SGTS.
