Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje termín suburbanizace, její počátky ve světě a v Českérepublice, vývojové stupně, podmínky a příčiny vzniku tohoto jevu a také důsledky, kterémohou mít vliv na utváření okolní krajiny. Jako cílené město pro pozorování suburbanizacebylo zvoleno město Liberec a jeho přilehlé okolí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, nateoretickou a praktickou. V první části je popsán fenomén suburbanizace a je krátce zmíněnahistorie města Liberec.Druhá část se věnuje čtyřem vybraným oblastem v Liberci, konkrétně se jedná o sídlištěZelené Údolí a Králův Háj, dále obytný dům Skanska ? U Sila a obytný komplex UMojţíšova pramene. Všechny lokality jsou popsány z hlediska typologie výstavby, poténásleduje vyhodnocení přítomnosti vybraných sluţeb u všech oblastí a celkové zhodnocenísídlišť. Práce je doplněna o mapové soubory, tabulky s počtem vlastníků konkrétních bytů afotodokumentaci z průběhu výstavby a aktuálního stavu.
This bachelor thesis describes the term of suburbanization, its beginnings in the worldand in the Czech Republic, development stages, conditions and causes of origination of thisphenomenon as well as the effects which can influence landscape formation. Liberec and itssurroundings were selected for observation of this phenomenon. The thesis is divided into twoparts dealing with theory and practice. The first part describes the phenomenon ofsuburbanization and the history of Liberec is also shortly mentioned.The second part focuses on four selected regions in Liberec, in particular the estate housingscalled ?Zelené Údolí? and ? Králův Háj?, then the residence ?Skanska ? U Sila? and theresidential houses ?U Mojţíšova pramene?. All locations are described with respect toconstruction typology; there is then assessed the availability of selected services in all regionsand general evaluation of the housing estates is also given. The work is supplemented withmaps, sheets with the number of flat owners as well as the photographs of the constructionprocess and current situation.
