Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem využití statistických metod jako nástroje manažerského rozhodování v podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení předpokladu vedení firmy Branilo Consulting s. r. o., že se její ekonomická situace zhoršuje a že by tento trend ve firmě měl pokračovat v následujících letech. Pro posouzení tohoto předpokladu je využito teoretického základu z oblasti manažerského rozhodování, statistických metod a finanční analýzy. Přínosem diplomové práce je aplikace statistických metod a finanční analýzy ve firmě Branilo Consulting s. r. o., ve které tyto metody nebyly nikdy použity.
The diploma thesis deals with the use of statistical methods as a tool for managerial decision-making in the company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess the assumption of the management of Branilo Consulting s.r.o. that its economic situation is deteriorating and that this trend in the company should continue in the coming years. The theoretical basis of managerial decision-making, statistical methods and financial analysis is used to assess this assumption. The contribution of the diploma thesis is the application of statistical methods and financial analysis in the company Branilo Consulting s.r.o., in which these methods were never used.
