Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi speciálních pedagogů ve vězeňství. Jejím cílem je popsat, jaké možnosti a úlohy mají speciální pedagogové, kteří vykonávají svou profesi v oblasti vězeňství. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou část, kde je na základě odborných zdrojů a legislativy upravující oblast vězeňství popsán vězeňský systém v České republice, organizační složky a význam speciálního pedagoga, jeho zařazení a práce, při které se věnuje programům zacházení. Empirická část je věnována průzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi dvaceti speciálními pedagogy působícími ve vězeňství na území České republiky. Představeny jsou výsledky průzkumu a zároveň odpovědi na hlavní průzkumné otázky bakalářské práce.
This bachelor thesis concerns the possibilities of special educators in penitentiary system. The main goal of this work is to describe the opportunities and crucial roles of individuals working in the penitentiary field. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first, the theoretical part, based on specialized sources of information and prison legislation, the penitentiary system in the Czech Republic, organizational units, the importance of special educators, their classification, agenda, and treatment programs are described. The second, the empirical part is dedicated to an analysis, which was implemented by using a questionnaire. Twenty special educators working in the penitentiary system in the Czech Republic participated in this survey. Lastly, the results of the survey and the answers to the main exploratory questions of this thesis are introduced.
