| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá kupní smlouvou z hlediska právní úpravy. Tématem je charakteristika kupní smlouvy v teoretické podobě, včetně vysvětlení teoretických pojmů, vztahujících se k procesu vzniku a zániku smlouvy. V bakalářské práci jsou také popsány další okolnosti související s kupní smlouvou, jakými jsou reklamace kupní smlouvy, převod vlastnického práva, vedlejší ujednání, smluvní strany, podstatné náležitosti smlouvy, formy smlouvy a porovnání kupní smlouvy se smlouvou o dílo. Všechny výše zmíněné okruhy jsou vymezeny v právní úpravě. Praktická část této práce se zabývá analýzou vzorové kupní smlouvy spojenou s příklady z praxe. Výsledkem práce je seznámení se správností vyplnění jednotlivých částí kupní smlouvy a porozumění jim. Přínos autora této práce zakládá především na porozumění náležitostí a procesů kolem kupní smlouvy v souvislosti s právní úpravou týkající se tohoto tématu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor thesis deals with the contract of purchase in light of legal regulations. The theme of the bachelor thesis is the characteristics of the contract of purchase in the theoretical form including the explanation of theoretical terms relating to the process of the emergence and the extinction of contract obligations. In this bachelor thesis there are the descriptions of other circumstances related to the contract of purchase, such as: purchase contract claim, title transfer, side agreement, contractors, essentials of contract, forms of contract and comparison of the contract of purchase and the work contract. All the above-mentioned sections of the contract of purchase are defined in legal regulations. The practical part of the thesis deals with analysis of the sample contract of purchase connected with work experience examples. The result of this thesis is to acquaint with the correct completion of particular parts of the contract of purchase and their proper understanding. The author´s contribution to the theme is based on understanding the terms and prosecces of the contract of purchase in connection with legal regulations relating to this theme. | en |
