Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá dopady pandemie nemoci COVID-19 na řízení podnikových procesů ve vybraném oddělení. V první části jsou definovány základní pojmy problematiky řízení podnikových procesů (BPM) a vysvětleny dopady pandemie do oblasti podnikového řízení. V dalších částech je představeno a analyzováno oddělení vybraného podniku včetně identifikace dopadů pandemie. Následně jsou prezentovány návrhy na řešení těchto dopadů ve snaze zefektivnit způsob řízení procesů v oddělení a zlepšit komunikaci a předávání know-how v oddělení. V poslední části práce jsou shrnuty potenciální přínosy těchto návrhů z ekonomického i personálního hlediska.
This master's thesis deals with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the business process management in the selected department. The first part defines the basic concepts of business process management (BPM) and explains the effects of the pandemic in the field of business management. In the following sections, the department of the selected company is introduced and analysed, including the identification of the pandemic's effects. Furthermore, proposals for addressing these impacts are presented in an effort to streamline the process management in the department and improve communication and know-how sharing in the department. The last part of the thesis summarizes the potential benefits of these proposals from an economic and personnel point of view.
