Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavit databázi infračervených spekter materiálů používaných pro výrobu knihařských pláten a posoudit, zda je možné přesně určit složení jednotlivých pláten vyrobených v průběhu staletí pomocí FTIR spektrometrieV teoretické části je popsána historie knihy a knižní vazby, jednotlivé části knihy a materiály využívané pro výrobu dle dostupné odborné literatury.Experimentální část bakalářské práce je věnována sestavení vlastní databáze materiálů, proměření jednotlivých surovin samostatně, poté nanesených na bavlně a následné otestování sestavené knihovny na to, zda je možné pomocí ní identifikovat složení neznámých knižních pláten.
The aim of this work is to compile a database of infrared spectra of materials used for the production of bookbinding clothes and assess whether it is possible to accurately determine the composition of individual canvases produced over the centuries by FTIR spectroscopy. The theoretical part describes the history of book and book cover, separate part of books and materials used for production according to available professional literature. The experimental part of the thesis is devoted to build a database of materials, measurements of the separate matrials, then applied on cotton and subsequent testing of the compiled library of whether it is possible to use it to identify the composition of unknown books clothes.
