Abstract
Diplomová práce pojednává o profesní orientaci u žáků devátých ročníků. V teoretické části je popsána problematika sebepoznání při volbě profese a teorie volby povolání. Autorka se zabývá možnostmi podpory profesní volby u žáků devátých ročníků. Cílem teoretické práce je popsat systém podpory profesní volby žáků devátých ročníků. V praktické části autorka identifikuje pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty konkrétní kazuistiky každého žáka. Cílem praktické části bude navrhnout a ověřit komplexní program pro podporu profesní orientace u žáků devátých ročníků vybrané školy.
The diploma thesis deals with the professional orientation of pupils of ninth years. In the theoretical part is described the issue of self-knowledge in the choice of profession and the theory of career choice. The author discusses the possibilities of promoting professional choices for 9th grade pupils. The aim of the theoretical work is to describe the system of support for the professional choice of pupils of the 9th year.In the practical part, the author identifies specific case reports of each pupil through in-depth interviews with selected respondents. The aim of the practical part will be to design and validate a comprehensive program for the promotion of professional orientation in pupils of the ninth year of the selected school.
