Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá experimentální studií seskání bavlněných prstencových přízí a stanovením metody jeho zjišťování. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části.V první teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a vzorce pro zjišťování parametrů (jemností, zákrutů) prstencových přízí a jejich seskání a vzorce ke statistickému vyhodnocení získaných výsledků. Dále následují popsané operace při výrobě bavlněné prstencové příze.V druhé experimentální části jsou navržené dvě metody zjišťování seskání a přístroje, na kterých byly parametry ověřovány. Následuje zjištění seskaní vzorků přízí, které byly připraveny navrženými experimentálními metodami a zjištění seskání vypočítaným na základě ideálního šroubovicového modelu.V závěru práce jsou výsledky zjišťování seskání vyhodnoceny a mezi sebou porovnány.
This Bachelor thesis presents an experimental study of twist take-up of cotton ring yarns and determination of a suitable method for its analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part defines the basic concepts and formulas for determination of parameters (fineness, twists) of ring yarns and their twist take-up, and provides formulas for statistical processing of the obtained results. Subsequently, it describes the individual steps in manufacturing cotton ring yarn. The second part deals with the experimental study. It proposes two methods for determination of twist take-up and presents testing appliances on which the parameters were tested. The study subsequently determines the twist take-ups of yarn samples prepared in accordance with the proposed experimental methods and the twist take-ups in accordance with the ideal helical model.The final part of the thesis evaluates and compares the results of twist take-up.
