dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením situace ohledně vzniku a nakládání s biologicky rozložitelnými odpady v rodinném podniku Catering Amádeus s.r.o., který poskytuje komplexní služby v oblasti stravování. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je na základě zkoumání současného stavu ohledně vzniku a nakládání s biologicky rozložitelnými odpady navrhnout potřebná opatření, které povedou ke zlepšení celkové situace. První část diplomové práce obsahuje teoretický úvod ohledně oběhového hospodářství, cirkulární ekonomiky, udržitelnosti a odpadového hospodářství. Dále je pozornost věnována cirkulární ekonomice ve stravovacích zařízeních, konkrétním odpadům, které v rámci stravovacích zařízení vznikají, následně poté hygieně a samotnému nakládání s odpady v těchto podnicích. V druhé části diplomové práce je představen konkrétní podnik Catering Amádeus s.r.o., u kterého je za pomoci metody zúčastněného pozorování rozebírán současný stav ohledně tvorby a nakládání s biologicky rozložitelnými odpady. Zjištěný současný stav je následně podkladem pro návrhy na zefektivnění celkové situace, které jsou generované za pomoci metody brainstormingu. Po vyhodnocení všech vygenerovaných nápadů je v závěru práce popsána a zhodnocena investiční možnost na pořízení vlastního elektrického kompostéru, na kterou navazuje zhodnocení environmentálních a ekonomických přínosů z pořízení zmiňovaného kompostéru. V závěru diplomové práce jsou na základě získaných informací, poskytnuta doporučení pro možné další kroky podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the evaluation of the situation regarding the generation and management of biodegradable waste in the family business Catering Amádeus s.r.o., which provides complex services in the field of catering. The main objective of the thesis is to propose the necessary measures to improve the overall situation by examining the current situation regarding the generation and management of biodegradable waste. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical introduction on circular economy, circular economy, sustainability and waste management. Next, attention is paid to the circular economy in catering establishments, the specific wastes generated within catering establishments, followed by hygiene and the actual waste management in these establishments. In the second part of the thesis, a specific company Catering Amadeus s.r.o. is presented, where the current situation regarding the generation and management of biodegradable waste is analysed using the method of participant observation. The identified current situation is then the basis for suggestions for improving the overall situation, which are generated using the brainstorming method. After the evaluation of all the generated ideas, the investment option for the acquisition of an own electric composter is described and evaluated in the conclusion of the thesis, followed by the evaluation of the environmental and economic benefits of the acquisition of the mentioned composter. In the conclusion of the thesis, recommendations for possible next steps for the company are provided based on the information obtained.	en
