Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením výkonnosti podnikových procesů. První část bakalářské práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům a definování základních pojmů pro vysvětlení a pochopení problematiky měření výkonnosti procesů, stejně jako klasifikaci ukazatelů procesní výkonnosti. V další části je představena společnost KAMAX, s.r.o, uvedeny jsou některé historické mezníky, cíle společnosti a předmět podnikání. Práce je dále zaměřena na analýzu výrobního procesu v závodu KAMAX Turnov a zhodnocení využívání ukazatelů k měření výkonnosti procesů. Výrobní proces v tomto závodu je rozdělen do několika úseků, v nichž jsou měřeny a sledovány různé ukazatele výkonnosti, které se KAMAX Turnov snaží neustále zlepšovat. Pro sledování výkonnosti je používán podnikový informační systém Cosmino. V závěru práce je uvedeno zlepšení ve využívání tohoto systému a zavedení jeho automatického používání na výrobních strojích. Doporučeno je také sledovat plýtvání v oblasti zásob a logistiky.
Measurement of the Process EfficiencyThis bachelor's thesis deals with the measurement of process efficiency. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical basis. It explains the basic terms of the process efficiency measurements as well as the classification of the process performance indicators in order to understand the main issues of this topic. In the next part the company KAMAX, s.r.o is introduced and historical milestones as well as the objectives of the company and mainly the scope of business are mentioned. Furthermore the thesis focuses on the analysis of the production process at the KAMAX plant in Turnov and evaluates the use of indicators to measure process performance. The production process in this plant is divided into several sections, in which various performance indicators that may be constantly improved by the company are measured and monitored. The business information system Cosmino is used to monitor the process efficiency. At the end of this paper improvements concerning the use of this system are mentioned and the introduction of the automatic use of this system on production machines is recommended. This paper also recommends monitoring of wasting in inventory and logistics.
