Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku motivace pracovníků Azylových domů pro matky s dětmi. Teoretická část je věnována osobě pracovníka pomáhajících profesí, jeho vlastnostem, dovednostem i podstatě pomáhání samotného. Praktická část zkoumá pomocí techniky písemného dotazovaní a rozhovoru motivy pracovníků v Azylových domech. Cílem práce je stanovit, jaké jsou zdroje motivace pracovníků a z výsledků vyvodit, jakým způsobem lze jejich motivaci podpořit.
The Bachleor's thesis focuses on the issue of motivating the staff of shelter homes for mothers with children. The theoretical part deals with the personality of workers in helping professions, their characteristics, skills and the nature of helping professions themselves. The experimental section explores the motivations of women's shelter workers by means of questionnaires and personal interviews. The goal of the work is to establish what motivates these workers and use the knowledge gathered in this work fo further support and motivation of the workers
