Abstract
In companies, the trend towards digitalisation is reflected by a growing need to map business processes with the help of ERP systems. For efficient esults, these systems are adapted to each individual company and its requirements. Given the variety of demands and the complexity of the processes to be mapped, the implementation phase is typically realised in cooperation with a specialised IT service provider. The manaTec GmbH focuses on the ERP system Odoo and covers besides the necessary system adaptations also consulting services and other support activities. The company currently experiences strong growth in customers as well as employees and strives to maintain project efficiency under these conditions by optimizing internal processes. Against this background, two standardized and scalable measurement tools were developed in the context of this thesis. The Projekt-Leitfaden represents the optimal course of a project and includes the information and documents needed for an efficient execution. With help of the Projekt-Factsheet, all success-relevant information is collected, evaluated and made available transparently during the beginning of each project. Both elaborations have been developed in cooperation with key personnel of the manaTec GmbH and are based on an analysis of past projects, as well as the current state of literature on the topics of ERP and Change Management. First practical applications show that the Projekt-Factsheet significantly increases project efficiency by, among other things, serving as a central overview for all employees and also making it easier for prospective project managers to get started in a resource-saving way.
