Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením národní odvětvové konkurenceschopnosti českého podniku INISOFT s. r. o., který působí v sektoru ICT služeb. Práce je obecně členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou prostřednictvím literární rešerše představeny základní pojmy a metody hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti s důrazem na ukazatele finanční analýzy, která je hlavní metodou řešení. Dále je představen zkoumaný podnik a charakterizováno jeho odvětví. V rámci praktické části je zhodnocen vývoj odvětvových finančních ukazatelů a definovány benchmarkové hodnoty. Tyto hodnoty jsou následně v klíčové části práce porovnávány s ukazateli finanční analýzy firmy INISOFT s. r. o. Na závěr jsou výsledky řešení stručně shrnuty a jsou navržena opatření pro management podniku s ohledem na vývoj v odvětví.
The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the national sectoral competitiveness of the Czech company INISOFT s.r.o., which operates in the ICT services sector. The thesis is generally divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces basic concepts and methods of competitiveness assessment through literary research, with emphasis on financial analysis indicators, which are the main method of solution. Furthermore, the examined company is introduced and its branch of industry is characterized. Within the practical part, the development of sectoral financial indicators is evaluated and benchmark values are defined. These values are subsequently compared with the financial analysis indicators of the company INISOFT s.r.o. in the key part of the thesis. In conclusion, the results of the solution are briefly summarized and measures for the management of the company are proposed with regard to industry development.
