dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with surveying of organizations offering teambuilding schemes to the firms in the Czech Republic. The thesis includes summary table such those organizations and their location within the scope of the Czech Republic. Next the thesis also includes the analysis of 15 organizations chosen in terms of cooperation, human resource treatment, method application, particular schemes offered and safety-related standards assertion. The thesis is divided in two parts-theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines teambuilding conception and the practical one relates to the research of organizations offering teambuilding programmes to different firms. Except the anylysis of 15 chosen subjects the practical part includes sresearch results summary as well.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá mapováním organizací nabízejících teambuildingové programy firmám v ČR. Práce obsahuje souhrnný přehled takových organizací a jejich rozmístění v rámci ČR. Dále obsahuje analýzu patnácti vybraných organizací z hlediska spolupráce, nakládání s lidskými zdroji, používání metod, typů nabízených programů a uplatňování bezpečnostních standardů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem teambuilding a nabízí přehled nejdůležitějších teorií a konceptů, které jsou pokládány za kořeny teambuildingu. Praktická část popisuje průzkum organizací nabízejích teambuildingové programy firmám a obsahuje, mimo analýzy patnácti vybraných subjektů, souhrné výsledky průzkumu.	cs
