Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finanční výkonnosti zvoleného podniku s následným benchmarkingem zjištěných výsledků s konkurenčním podnikem, interpretaci zjištěných odchylek a doporučení nápravných kroků k jejich eliminaci a zvýšení výkonnosti. Teoretická část zahrnuje literární rešerši a prezentaci teoretických východisek v oblasti finanční výkonnosti, finanční analýzy a benchmarkingu. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizován a podroben analýze finanční výkonnosti a stability výchozí zvolený podnik, který je následně na základě zvolených ukazatelů komparován s podnikem konkurenčním. Jako srovnávací báze bylo zvoleno pět posloupných účetních období (2017-2021). V závěru práce je na základě této analýzy zhodnocena finanční výkonnost a situace zvoleného podniku a následně jsou interpretována doporučená opatření pro zvýšení výkonnosti.
This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial performance of the selected company with subsequent benchmarking of the results with competitor, interpretation of the identified deviations and recommendations for corrective actions in order to eliminate them and increase performance. The theoretical part is based on literary research and presentation of theoretical background in the field of financial performance, financial analysis and benchmarking. In the second part of the thesis, financial performance and stability of the selected company is characterized and analyzed, followed by comparison with the main competitor based on the selected indicators. Five consecutive accounting periods (2017-2021) were chosen as the benchmark. At the end, based on this analysis, the financial performance and situation of the selected company is evaluated and then the recommended measures for improving the performance are interpreted.
