Abstract
Norma ISO 26000, v současnosti připravovaný mezinárodní standard na poli společenské odpovědnosti, a problematika společenské odpovědnosti firem jsou hlavními předměty této diplomové práce. Autor si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s problematikou společenské odpovědnosti firem a zasadit do jejího kontextu již zmíněnou normu. Dále je provedena analýza chystané normy a nastínění její budoucí podoby. V teoretické části je následně popsáno současné socio-ekonomické klima na území Švédska a autor se snaží nalézt důvody stojící za jeho aktuální podobou. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na prověření určitých vytyčených tezí vůči švédským organizacím na vzorku nejvýznamnějších hráčů na trhu z hlediska velikosti obratu. V celé práci bylo hojně využíváno internetového prostředí a to ať již pro získávání zdrojů pro teoretickou část, vzorku společností a kontaktů na ně, či pro tvorbu dotazníkového šetření a jeho následnou distribuci. Práce by měla přispět ke zmapování velice aktuální problematiky normy ISO 26000 na teoretické úrovni a v praktické části na specifickém trhu, kterým je zde Švédsko. V neposlední řadě by mělo být přínosem práce její přispění k úspěšnému řešení univerzitního projektu {\clq}qSpolečenská odpovědnost firem, aplikace normy ISO 26000 v Evropě``.
Norm ISO 26000, recently prepared international standard in field of social responsibility, and concept of corporate social responsibility are main issues in this master thesis. Author set as a goal to introduce reader into problematic of corporate social responsibility and put already mentioned norm into its context. Further follows analysis of the prepared norm and outline of its future form. In theoretical part is nowadays socio - economic climate in country of Sweden also described and author tries to find reasons that has built its current layout. Practical part is then aimed to establish set assumptions regards Swedish organisations on a sample of the most important players on the market in terms of turnover height. In whole thesis has been used internet connection a lot, among others for getting sources for theoretical background, sample of companies and contacts on them, or for creation and follow up distribution of the questionnaire. Thesis should mainly contribute to map highly actual problematic of the norm ISO 26000 on theoretical level and specifically in Sweden on practical level. Last not least further contribution should be to achieve successful solution of the project ``Corporate social responsibility, application of ISO 26000 norm in Europe{\crq}q.
