Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hledáním a odstraněním příčin nestabilního využití materiálu v procesu stříhání kožených dílků pro automobilový průmysl. K hledání příčin a zlepšení procesu je použita metoda Six Sigma. V teoretické části je popsána metoda Six Sigma a její fáze, softwary pro statistické vyhodnocování dat a v současné době používané stroje na stříhání kožených dílků. Definovány jsou vady na kůžích a jejich značení. Praktická část se zabývá použitím metod Six Sigma a v závěru se ověřují navržená zlepšení statistickými metodami.
The bachelor thesis is focused on finding and removing the causes of unstable material utilization in the process of cutting the leather pieces for the automotive industry. For finding the causes and process improvements the Six Sigma method is used. The theoretical part describes the method of Six Sigma and its phases, software for statistical evaluation of data and machines used currently for cutting leather pieces. Defects are defined on the leathers and their markings. The practical part is focused on using Six Sigma methods and in the end there is verification of the improvements proposed by statistical methods.
