dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práce "Začínající učitel na vybrané běžné základní škole pohledem hlavního aktéra" se v první části zaměřuji na problematiku začínajícího učitele, vymezuji pojem profese učitel, uvádějící učitel a adaptační období. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza činností začínajícího učitele během adaptačního období s akcentem na spolupráci s uvádějícím učitelem a tvorba metodické příručky pro začínající učitele. V praktické části diplomové práce je zachycen záznam pozorování hlavního aktéra během prvního roku adaptačního období, v němž jsou popsány jednotlivé činnosti začínajícího učitele. Dále praktická část zahrnuje analýzy rozhovorů začínajících učitelů a uvádějícího učitele.	cs
dc.description.abstract	In the thesis "Beginning teacher in a selected mainstream primary school through the eyes of the main actor", in the first part I have focused on the issue of beginning teacher, I have defined the concept of the teaching profession, introducing teacher and adaptation peri-od. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the activities of the beginning teacher during the adaptation period with an emphasis on the cooperation with the introducing teacher and to developing a methodological manual for beginning teachers. In the practical part of the thesis, a record of the observation of the main actor during the first year of the adaptation period is captured, in which different activities of the be-ginning teacher have been described. Furthermore, the practical part includes analyses of the interviews of the beginning teachers and the introducing teacher.	en
