Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se v úvodní části věnuje vymezení konceptu udržitelného rozvoje a tomu, jak mohou podniky prokázat svou odpovědnost vůči životnímu prostředí. Následně je představena mezinárodní norma ISO 14001 a obecně audit s auditorem. Hlavní pozornost tato práce zaměřuje na analyzu mezinárodní normy ISO 14001 a plnění požadavků této normy ve vybraném podniku. Pro určení výsledku bude proveden interní audit se zaměřením na dodržování mezinárodní normy ISO 14001. Na základě zjištění výsledku tohoto auditu budou poskytnuta doporučení vybranému podniku pro zlepšení do budoucna.
In the introductory part, this bachelor's thesis deals with the definition of the concept of sustainable development and how companies can demonstrate their responsibility to the environment. Subsequently, the international standard ISO 14001 and in general an audit with an auditor are introduced. The main attention of this work is focused on the analysis of the international standard ISO 14001 and the fulfillment of the requirements of this standard in the selected company. To determine the result, an internal audit will be performed focusing on compliance with the international standard ISO 14001. Based on the findings of this audit, recommendations will be provided to the selected company for improvement in the future.Keywords
