Abstract
Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou rizika, která pro firmy vyplývají ze vstupu do mezinárodního obchodu. Konkrétně jsou pak tato rizika znázorněna na firmě Frýdlantské strojírny Rasl a syn na ruském trhu. První část je takzvaně teoretickou částí, ve které je vymezen pojem zahraniční obchod a jeho historie, dále pak informace týkající se vstupu firmy na mezinárodní trhy. Velký prostor je zde věnován konkrétním definicím rizik, která z mezinárodního obchodu vyplývají, tato kapitola teoretické části bude velmi důležitá pro návaznost další části. Druhá - praktická část se zabývá představením konkrétní společnosti, analýzou vybraného trhu, pohledem na ruský trh a analýzou rizik, která pro vybraný podnik přináší. Jedna z kapitol se také bude věnovat možnostem jak podnik před možnými riziky co nejlépe zabezpečit.
This bachelor thesis is about risks, which companies can experience by entering the international trade, specifically those risks are presented by Frýdlantské strojírny Rasl and son and their activity on the Russian market. The first theoretical part contains definition of foreign trade and its history, also information concerning the entry of the company into international markets are included. Large scope of the theoretical part is devoted to specific definitions of the risks that arise from international trade. This part of thesis will be very important for the next continuation. The second - practical part deals with introducing a particular company and its presence on international trade, this is followed by the view of the Russian market and analysis of risks, which it brings for the selected company. One chapter from practical part is focused on way to secure the business as far as possible from potential risks.
