dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá poruchami chování u dětí a mládeže a následnými výchovnými metodami a prostředky, které napomáhají tyto poruchy napravit. Dále věnuje pozornost jednotlivým typům institucí, zaměřených na reedukaci dětí a mládeže, konkrétně pak intenzivně terapeutické skupině s integrovanou {\clqq}clearingovou stanicí`` v Dětském centru St. Vincent v Regensburgu. V praktické části práce sleduje hlavní náplň a úkoly této skupiny, které jsou založeny především na pevně stanovené struktuře programu, individuálnímu přístupu, a na terapeutických cvičeních, podporujících osobnostní proměnu klienta, jejíž efektivita se stává cílem výzkumu této práce. V závěru práce shrnuje přínosy a nedostatky klientova pobytu v tomto typu zařízení a navrhuje možná řešení na zlepšení spolupráce mezi vychovatelem a mladým jedincem.cs
dc.description.abstractThe theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with children´s and adolescents{\crq} and the consequent educational methods, which help correct such disorders. Further, the paper describes various types of institutions, which focus on reeducation of children and adolescents. Particularly, the thesis concentrates on intensive therapeutic group with integrated clearing station, Germany. The practical part of the paper characterizes the primary functions and tasks of this group. These are based mainly on a fixed program structure, individual attitude and therapeutic practices that support personal change of a client. The effectiveness of these practices is the main objective of the research devoted to this work. The final part summarizes the contributions and deficits following from a client´s sojourn in this institution and suggests possible solutions to improve the cooperation between the educator and juvenilesen
