Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců ve společnosti MALFINI, a.s. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě zhodnocení stávajícího motivačního programu společnosti MALFINI, a.s. a na základě ankety zaměřené na hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců navrhnout zlepšení motivačního programu společnosti. V první části práce je přiblížen teoretický úvod pro tvorbu motivačního programu. Je zde charakterizovaná pracovní motivace a prostředky k jejímu zvyšování, posléze i k navýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Závěr první části je zaměřený na specifikace motivačního programu, jeho tvorby a na zaměstnanecké benefity, jakožto součást programu. Ve druhé části práce je charakterizovaná společnost MALFINI, a.s., její organizační struktura a zaměstnanci společnosti. Dále je představen současný motivační program společnosti a průzkum hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s motivačním programem. Pro průzkum hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců bylo zvoleno anketové šetření, z jehož výsledků vychází návrhy na zlepšení motivačního programu ve společnosti MALFINI, a.s.
The bachelor thesis deals with employee motivation in MALFINI, a.s. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose an improvement of the company's motivation program based on the evaluation of the current motivation program of MALFINI, a.s. and on the basis of a survey focused on the evaluation of employee satisfaction. In the first part of the thesis the theoretical introduction for the creation of the motivation program is presented. It characterizes work motivation and the means to increase it and eventually to increase employee satisfaction. The conclusion of the first part is focused on the specification of the motivation program, its creation and employee benefits as part of the program. In the second part of the thesis the company MALFINI, a.s., its organizational structure and employees are characterized. Furthermore, the current incentive program of the company and a survey on the evaluation of employee satisfaction with the incentive program are presented. A survey was chosen for the employee satisfaction evaluation survey, the results of which are used as a basis for suggestions for improvement of the incentive program at MALFINI, a.s.
