dc.description.abstractMost of the information were taken from Picanol Gamma 170 user's manual. This work is dedicated to students for better understanding weaving looms. Introduction is focused on a present and history of Picanol company. Then there is a needle waving loom characteristics and a list of main producers including product parameters. In the first part of the next section are in detail described basic functions and charasteristics of Picanol Gamma - e.g. needle motion, slackener location or geometry of shed. The second part then is about operating with terminal and communication with loom. The last part of the thesis is about comparing weaving looms Gamma and GamMax whereas the aim of it was to focus on progress and show updates of particular parts of the looms.en
dc.description.abstractVelká část informací k této práci byla čerpána z manuálu firmy Picanol. Práce je věnovaná studentům pro snadnější pochopení jehlových tkalcovských stavů. Úvod práce byl zaměřen na historii a současnost firmy Picanol. Dále práce obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku jehlových tkacích strojů. Poté je zde uveden přehled hlavních výrobců jehlových tkacích strojů včetně parametrů jejích strojů. Další část je věnována popisu základních mechanismů Picanolu Gamma. Podrobně je v této části popsáno listové zařízení, pohyb jehel a předání útku, poloha svůrky a geometrie prošlupu. V této části je také zařazena kapitola o ovládání terminálu a komunikaci se stavem. Poslední část bakalářské práce je věnovaná porovnání strojů Gamma a GamMax. Hlavním cílem této části bylo ukázat vývoj a modernizaci jednotlivých části stavů. Závěr této práce se věnuje především celkovému shrnutí.cs
